CLIENT REQUEST:
Allstate had previously designed and installed furniture for their existing space. Client was to expand to double the footage and wanted a continuous flow of design while introducing new workstations, lounge and breakroom pieces for new break room and conferencing areas.
INITIAL PRESENTATION & PROCESS:
Both teams met to discuss work flow and designs that merged the existing space with the new space. Allstate coordinated with building owners, general contractor and the architect for the project to ensure all deadlines and furniture requirements were met appropriately. Client was shown renderings during finish selection.
DURATION:
8 months from initial meeting inclusive of construction.
FINAL OUTCOME:
Client’s new space was finished as expected with beautiful colors, finishes, semi-custom furniture and even a fish tank. Overall expectations were exceeded.
